Elise | West Liberty, Ohio
Spring days are FINALLY here in Ohio and Elise and I had the best time taking pictures at her home in West Liberty, Ohio! The rolling hills and beautiful nature setting of her family’s home made for some absolutely breathtaking pictures!
Elise had sent me pictures of her outfits ahead of time, so we kind of had a plan in place! We started out with a super cute bib overall outfit and just explored her land. There were so many great places right there at her home to take pictures. We probably could have stayed there for hours! The sun coming through the trees was beautiful and cast a gorgeous halo like glow all around Elise!
Once we were done there, we hopped in the car with her Mom and sister and headed down a country road in West Liberty, Ohio to another family members property. Once we got there, I realized that they had taken me to a pretty magical place for pictures! Wildflowers, a winding creek bed full of amazing rocks of all shapes and sizes! Elise was even brave enough to ger her feet a little wet in these early spring temperatures! I know that water had to be FREEZING!!
After we were done playing in the water, we headed back to her house so she could change into the most adorable dress. I LOVED the ribbon tie on her shoulder! Such a cute detail!! We hopped in the car again and headed to downtown West Liberty, Ohio. We were on the search for some flowering trees or bushes and found a few! We also enjoyed finding some other cool backgrounds around the town.
West Liberty, Ohio is just an adorable, quaint little town. And since we are talking about West Liberty…I MUST mention the ice cream shop. Stoners Ice Cream Parlor is the best around! If you ever find yourself here, a stop there is a MUST. Then run down to Marie’s Candies to grab yourself a sweet treat to take with you! You won’t regret it!
To Elise, her Momma and her sister….thanks for such a fun evening. And thank you for allowing me to capture these precious memories for you. It’s a true honor! I loved getting to meet the puppy too! That was an added bonus for this dog lover!
